This will be two-three sessions lasting about 50 mins each. It is for those that want a better understanding of themselves and difficulties, but do not necessarily want a therapeutic intervention. *Additional cost will incur for in person sessions.
In order to make our services accessible, we provide a reduced rate on sessions for those in receipt of certain benefits. This can be discussed within the initial consultation.
