Why We Do What We Do
Children and young people remain at the heart of much of our work, because we believe every child holds an innate capacity for growth and change. Their curiosity, honesty and imagination remind us that progress happens through connection, safety and being understood. We are guided by the belief that meaningful change does not happen in isolation, but within the relationships and systems surrounding us: family, school, community and wider professional networks, which can either hinder or nurture development.
We extend this same philosophy to supporting parents and adults, recognising that when people feel understood and supported, lasting change becomes possible. We also bring this understanding to our safeguarding work, recognising the importance of listening carefully to different perspectives, understanding the wider context and promoting safe, thoughtful and proportionate responses to concerns..

How We Work
Our therapy blends evidence based and creative approaches, tailored to individual needs. We use a variety of frameworks, including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative approaches, Systemic approaches, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and integrated approaches, alongside psychological assessments where needed.
We take a deep, explorative approach to assessment and formulation, looking beyond symptoms to understand the individual's experiences in the context of their wider system. This then guides us to a suitable intervention for the young person.

What We Provide
We provide therapy and assessments that are flexible and responsive to each client’s needs. This includes individual therapy for children, young people, and adults, joint parent-child sessions, and psychological assessments such as cognitive testing, ADHD assessments, and learning profiles.
We are based in & around East London, Essex and Kent.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person, and our reports are clear, practical, and actionable, supporting families, schools, and other professionals. Across all services, we aim to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering space, helping children, young people and parents build resilience, confidence, and long-term emotional wellbeing.
