Why We Do What We Do
Children and young people sit at the heart of our work, because we believe every child holds an innate capacity for growth and change. Their curiosity, honesty and imagination remind us that progress happens through connection, safety and being understood. We are guided by the belief that meaningful change does not happen in isolation, but within the relationships and systems surrounding a young person: family; school & community, which can either hinder or nurture development.
We extend this same philosophy to supporting parents and adults, recognising that when caregivers feel understood and supported, lasting change becomes possible.

How We Work
Our therapy blends evidence based and creative approaches, tailored to individual needs. We use a variety of frameworks, including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative approaches, Systemic approaches, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and integrated approaches, alongside psychological assessments where needed.
We take a deep, explorative approach to assessment and formulation, looking beyond symptoms to understand the individual's experiences in the context of their wider system. This then guides us to a suitable intervention for the young person.

What We Provide
We provide therapy and assessments that are flexible and responsive to each family’s needs. This includes individual therapy for children, young people, and adults, joint parent-child sessions, and psychological assessments such as cognitive testing, ADHD assessments, and learning profiles.
We are based in & around East London and Essex.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person, and our reports are clear, practical, and actionable, supporting families, schools, and other professionals. Across all services, we aim to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering space, helping children, young people and parents build resilience, confidence, and long-term emotional wellbeing.
